How do I add an item?

Copy a product link from any shop and paste it into WantWithMe, or use your phone's Share button in the shop's app or browser and choose WantWithMe.

Can the list owner see what I reserved?

No. Reservations are hidden from the person whose list it is, so the surprise is kept.

How do I share a list?

Open the list and tap Share. Anyone with the invite can join after signing in.

I bought Pro on another phone. How do I get it back?

Sign in with the same account and go to Profile, then Restore Purchases.

I forgot my app-lock PIN.

Use Forgot PIN on the lock screen and sign in again to reset it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile and choose Delete Account, or email latitude57n@icloud.com from the address on your account.

WantWithMe ("the app", "we") is a shared wishlist app operated by Kevin Tough. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address (or Apple ID sign-in) and the display name you choose. Used to create your account and show who added or changed items in shared lists.
• Your content — the lists, items, notes, comments and reactions you create. Shared only with the people who are members of the same lists.
• Product links — when you add a product link, our server fetches that page to import its title, image and price for you.
• Push notification token — a device identifier issued by Apple, used solely to deliver notifications about activity in your lists.
• Purchase records — if you buy Lifetime Pro, Apple processes the payment; we store only a verification that your account owns it. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites, and the app contains no advertising.
• We never include the contents of your private notes in notifications.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider (Supabase) in the United Kingdom (London region). Access is protected by industry-standard authentication and row-level security: only members of a list can see its contents.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your lists, items and comments at any time.
• You can turn notifications off globally, per event type, or per list.
• Account deletion: Profile → Delete Account permanently removes your account and all content you own. This is immediate and irreversible.

Data we collect

None. Latitude 57 does not run servers that collect, store or sell your personal data, and Seamans Tax contains no advertising or third-party tracking.

Data stored on your device

Information you enter (for example voyage records) is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, it syncs through your own private iCloud account, managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot access it.

Location

Location (used for UK border detection) is processed on your device only and never sent to us. You can turn location access off at any time in your device settings.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13.

These terms apply when you use the WantWithMe apps, provided by Kevin Tough trading as Latitude 57 ("we", "us"). By using WantWithMe you agree to them. Contact: latitude57n@icloud.com.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own the lists, items, photos and comments you add. You give us permission to store and display them so the app works, including showing them to people you share lists with. Don't add anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Shops and links

WantWithMe links to products sold by other shops. We are not the seller, don't handle orders, and aren't responsible for the shops, their prices, stock or products. Prices and details shown in the app may be out of date.

WantWithMe Pro

Pro is an optional one-off purchase made through the App Store or Google Play and is governed by their terms, including refunds. You can restore Pro on another device by signing in with the same account.

Availability

We work to keep WantWithMe running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features. The app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for gifts bought, missed or duplicated. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending use

You can stop using WantWithMe and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
